On Saturday 15th Spt 2007, the Board of Directors of Wala'a Insurance held their secong meeting(Photos) at the company's Head office, chaired by Mr. Suliman A. Al-Kadi. The business agenda was discussed, and all decisions related to company's business have been agreed.
One of the decision taken was to appoint Committees for Audit, Awards' Compensation and Investment. The board also approved the appointment of the Sharia'a Committee, for the purpose of varifying all Sharia'a aspects related to Company's contracts and products. The committee is also assigned to conduct periodical reviews of company commitment to Sharia'a aspects.

Wala'a Head and Regional Office(Al-Khobar) Inaugurated

The Wala'a Head office and Regional office in the eastern province (Al-Khobar) was inaugurated on 12th Sept, 2007. And preparations are well underway to launch the products.
